Returns and Refunds Policy

You can return it within 30 days.This means you can return the item within 30 days of receiving it.

To qualify for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when received, unused or unopened, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Before returning, please contact support@kebtek.com. If the return is approved, we will inform you of the package delivery method and address. Items returned without contacting us will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please confirm your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item. We will respond within 24 hours.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Fresh products (food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom-made products (special orders or personalized items, etc.), and personal care products (beauty products, etc.) cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns for dangerous goods, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns regarding specific items, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed using the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process the refund. Kebtek will process the buyer's refund within 3-5 days.
